  • Helped to design an ABA multiple single-case experiment involving 7 children with severe childhood apraxia of speech.
  • Utilized a stepwise algorithm to construct linear mixed-effect models to evaluate the DTTC treatment effect.
  • Applied quasi-poisson model to estimate the treatment effect size; Used Anova test to examine baseline stationarity.

  • Conducted a research project “How Much Does A Ticket To Top School Cost?”
  • Utilized Hedonic Regression, Propensity Score Matching, and Nearest Neighbor Matching Method to document school zone premium embedded in housing prices in Shenzhen.
  • Employed Diff-in-Diff (DID) method to quantify impact of primary school admission policy on school zone premium.

  • Assisted with the research project “Whether China’s Urban Housing Price Growth Will Exacerbate Wealthy Inequality”
  • Implemented a case study to analyze impact of opening of a subway line on housing price.
  • Used Google Earth Engine to obtain remote sensing data of night lights from satellites; implemented Gaussian blur on satellite pictures, and calculated gray-scale values to estimate city expansionary rate.
